Jonathan Taylor School Improvement is a small and independent education research, project management and school Improvement company. We specialise in in bespoke whole School and Academy Improvement designed to bring about rapid change. In particular we focus on  leadership development and change management, working with Governors, Head Teachers and Senior leaders on bringing about quick, easy and high impact organisational change. Our approach is is to provide high quality coaching, mentoring and critical friendship, ensuring quality challenge and support.

We have a rich and diverse portfolio of experience and expertise ranging from Early Years, through to Primary and Secondary practice. Jonathan Taylor, himself, has  thirty years of expertise to draw upon, from primary classroom practitioner and senior leader, to setting up and leading the largest alternative education and study support organisation in Gloucestershire; working with upwards of 1000 of Gloucestershire’s most disengaged children and young people every year.

Jon has led and continues to lead the school improvement for a number of schools in the most difficult and challenging of circumstances.
